How much property is enough to qualify to do an Estate Sale?
Estate Sales are not Garage Sales. We hold all of our Estate Sales in the location that holds the property. There must be enough furniture,accessories,etc. to make it worth the time and effort to hold the sale. You don't have to have valuable antiques or priceless rugs,we can sell everything from a Sailfish to the Kitchen Sink! We will be glad to talk with you about a sale at no charge!

How much will it cost to have an Estate Sale
There is no upfront cost to you. We will advertise in the newspapers and through our email and mailing lists and on the internet. At the end of the sale, we take a percentage of what has been sold.The percentage can vary according to the work involved and the size of the sale.We will be happy to discuss your Estate Sale with you and come to an agreement that is fair to all. When the sale is over we will promptly send you a check for the proceeds.

What happens to the things that don't sell?
Tinsley Estate Sales believes in selling everything. We believe the client is best served when everything is sold. We price every item reasonably. At the end of the sale, you may have all the items that are left, or we will be responsible for disposing of it. We will donate to charity and give you the tax receipt

Will you clean the property after everything is gone?
We will broom clean the inside of the property and see that all trash is bagged and disposed of. We will wipe down all counters and vacuum the rugs.
